The number of operas that include ghosts is frightening! We investigate when, why, and how ghosts appear on the operatic stage in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Verdi’s Macbeth, Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann, and Corigliano’s The Ghosts of Versailles.
This program is part of the Douglas and Delphine Daft Education & Engagement Programs, with additional support from the Palm Beach Opera Guild.
