This is your chance to get the latest Information on Medicare plans and how to make the best decision for your health coverage needs. SHINE is a program of the Florida Department of Elder Affairs that provides free, unbiased, and confidential counseling to Medicare beneficiaries, their family and caregivers. SHINE counselors are trained volunteers who do not sell insurance or endorse any specific company.
