Gentle Yoga and Meditation
In Progress,Relax and exercise with certified yoga instructor Dr. Maruti Ram Gudavalli. Bring water, a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
Enjoy easy aerobic movement, light weight training, balance and stretching. Bring water, a towel and wear loose clothing and sneakers. Extra hand weights encouraged.
